Featuring subtly crimped fibers that balance hollow, solid, and crimped structures, the SMART 2 filament offers consistent resilience and flexibility. Available in lengths ranging precisely from 44 mm to 114 mm, with exceptional length control (±1 mm), it guarantees uniform quality ideal for consumer-grade brush production.

Filament diameters of 0.15 mm to 0.18 mm strike the perfect balance between precision and sturdiness, supporting various brush types—from delicate paintbrushes to robust broom fibers.

SMART 2 filaments are moderately split for better paint retention, clean-looking, and fade-resistant. The specially formulated epoxy and polyamide resin glue enhances durability, making the filaments suitable for water-based and oil-based painting brushes alike.

Packaged elegantly in paper-card rings within durable five-layer cartons (65 cm×32 cm×33 cm, 25 kg each), SMART 2 ensures secure and efficient shipping. Container shipments are optimized for volumes of 10 tons per 20GP and 23.5 tons per 40HQ.
